Come join us for a ride into the future on your motorcycles or classic cars. You must be a SMACNA Arizona, PIPE or NECA contractor, a member of Local #359, #469 or #640 or a sponsored / invited guest to participate. Continental breakfast, lunch & dinner are included with your registration fee. The 4th Union Poker Run will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009. Come enjoy a beautiful day out with friends and family and help out the Area Agency on Aging, specifically their home delivery of meals for shut ins.

Sponsorships are available @ $250 each. Have your company name & logo on a banner. Banners will be displayed at Electrical JATC and at Poor Reds during the award ceremony.

1st Stop
Electrical JATC, 1520 E. Indianola Ave, at 10:00 am with a continental breakfast hosted by Local 640. Check in and pick up your custom designed T-shirt. Last card will be handed out at 11:00 am.

2nd Stop
Catch 22, 18725 N. 32nd Street. Last card at 12:30 pm.

3rd Stop
Cactus Park, 38th Avenue and Cactus, Phoenix. A barbeque lunch of hamburgers and hotdogs, hosted by Local 359 & 469 will begin at noon. Buy your 50/50 raffle ticket here for $5.00 (winner will be announced at Poor Reds). Last card at 2:00 pm.

4th Stop
The Yard House, 9401 W. Westgate Blvd., Glendale. Last card at 3:30 pm.

5th Stop
Poor Reds, 46202 Old Black Canyon Highway, New River. Last card at 4:30 pm. Join us when we announce the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of the best poker hand. Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm. Dinner selection is BBQ pork sandwiches, coleslaw, chips, water or soda.

The undersigned, being of lawful age, hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, SMACNA Arizona, PIPE & NECA, Local 359,Local 469 and Local 640, its agents, employees, volunteers, administrators, officers, directors, or members from any and all liability, actions, damages (bodily or personal property), suits, demands or claims of any nature arising from or connected with, in any manner, their participation in the 2009 Union Poker Run and its related activities.

Safety is the primary concern. We appreciate your support and for the safety of all, encourage you to wear protective headgear. You must observe all Federal, State, and Local road laws, follow the rules set by the State and Local Police and ride safely and defensively. We request that you and your passengers wear appropriate clothing and eyewear. Please ride with your headlights on at all times and never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

I further agree to waive all benefits flowing from and state statute that would negate or limit the scope of this release and Indemnification Agreement. By signing this RELEASE, I certify that I have read this RELEASE and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations made by the released parties.

All information received will only be used internally by SMACNA-AZ.
