Services Provided: Kinetics completed the mechanical installations, including instrumentation and controls, for the nearly one million square-foot building featuring a 345,000 square-foot casino, a 500-room, 15-story hotel, conference center, two parking garages and a central utility plant. Kinetics utilized BIM for designing all the mechanical systems in 3D, which helped to significantly shorten installation times and reduce overall project costs. It was a very labor-intensive project in which Kinetics' labor force peaked at over 300 craftspeople.

The project demonstrates Kinetics' extensive capabilities to execute mechanical scopes of work for the hospitality industry, including hotels for business travelers, convention hotels, resorts and luxury villas. It was also Kinetics' first opportunity to perform work for a tribal government in Arizona.
