The Ocotillo Corporate Center

This expansive 50 million dollar corporate office facility located in Chandler, Arizona presently consists of two twin office buildings totaling 400,000 square feet that will house approximately 2000 Wells Fargo team members. The architecturally impressive 63-acre site features two four story buildings, numerous water features, large courtyards located between the buildings and beautiful, lush landscaping.

The complex air delivery systems include sixteen custom fabricated air handling units totaling 480,000 cfm that serve a vast network of medium pressure ductwork common loops. These common loops in turn provide the primary air to fan terminal units with energy conserving electronically controlled motors that maintain constant airflows to the air distribution devices. Additional mechanical system features include the design and installation of energy conserving variable volume primary chilled water piping utilizing multiple variable input control strategies therefore reducing the running pumps in half while increasing chiller efficiencies.

Future phases to be planned and designed will include more than one million square feet of Class "A" office space that would accommodate an additional 7,000 Wells Fargo Team Members. The Weitz Company and their team of experienced subcontractors are presently on pace to complete the project almost three months ahead of schedule.
