James E. Dinan has been involved in the HVAC industry for 40 years. His experience includes all types of mechanical construction: industrial, institutional, commercial, mission critical and hospital/healthcare. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Bel-Aire Mechanical his daily duties include corporate administration, contract administration, engineering and design development.
Jim commits his time and resources to the advancement of the HVAC construction industry. He currently serves as the Chairman Board Member of the Sheet Metal Workers Pension Plan and Health and Welfare Trade Trust Funds, a Board Member of the Arizona Sheet Metal Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and he is a trustee member of the Arizona Chapter of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA/AZ).
Jim has served as the Pre-Construction Design Team Principal In Charge for some of our largest Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing Projects. He directs the design team collaboration with the owners, architects, engineers and general contractors providing expertise in conceptual budgeting, estimating, wet and dry side design evaluation, interdisciplinary integration and coordination of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
